Had an amazing time in a lovely king bed next to the pool, meals at restaurant were lovely, great team of staff. The staff were so lovely, I had the best 6 days in the King room

My wife and I felt comfortable and relaxed with the atmosphere, the grass area for our dog and the pet utensils provided were good enough to get thru. Room was comfortable and good sized. Wish we could of eaten in the restaurant as it smelt great and looked like great food but it was too busy at the time we liked to eat. Thanks, Coral Cay you might see us again.

Had a lovely 12 night stay, our room was a lovely poolside room with a balcony & very comfortable & spacious. Housekeeping serviced the room daily & all staff were always friendly & helpful. Onsite restaurant had good quality food but does need more vegetarian choices. Location was perfect & convenient to everywhere. We enjoyed our stay & would definitely choose Coral Cay again.

Will be our regular when up this way. Excellent service accommodating my wife myself and our three little dogs the room was great and the small grass area for the dogs is a nice touch. Staff were great and pointed out the availability of room service from the restaurant because of the dogs.

A nice, family friendly motel located close to Mackay City Centre. The rooms are nice and large, we stayed in one of the spa rooms, and the bath is a good size to fit two people and a nice way to relax after a day spent shopping and sightseeing.

Situated on the motel strip, close to CBD, the unit was clean, the staff were courteous and friendly. The Restaurant on site was very ambient and the the food and menu choice was outstanding. The prices were comparable to what you would pay elsewhere.

We only stayed 1 night on our way south. The large motel room was very clean and comfortable. The check-in process was easy and welcoming. We had the most delicious dinner in the motel restaurant, with great service.

Greeted with a very welcome not only to the Motel but the general area. The lady behind the desk had lots of ideas on what to see and do. My room was larger than expected, very clean and far enough from the main road not to hear the traffic noise. Would stay again if I’m ever back in Mackay.

Had a lot of work travel date changes with this visit, and the staff were superb in keeping my booking aligned before and during the visit - just super helpful. Room was excellent, comfortable bed, good range of pillows, bathroom spotless. Also nice and bright (some places can be gloomy which doesn't help when you're away from home and working long hours). This is my go-to place in Mackay.

Have stayed at Coral Cay resort motel before and this last week for a three day business trip was not different. Great spot it is , staff were good , restaurant was good and rooms a good size and configuration with a TV for the sleeping area and a TV in the lounge room. Good computer work bench and undercover parking as well. Tariff was fair for the time of year and mid week. No complaints and is my number one stay over location in Mackay.

We just stayed overnight, we were travelling south and needed a sleep, we had our dog and the room was set up well for having dogs. They were very welcoming and accommodating.

Near the airport, Coral Cay was easy to get to and in an ideal location. The hotel was stunning, surrounded by palm trees and a relaxing pool. The bed was so comfy (especially after 2 days of travelling from England) and the shower was so warm with high pressure. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks for having me, especially over the Easter weekend.

The reception was great, checked in with no hassle. Dinner and breakfast was great too. Parking is readily available near the rooms which is always a great plus. The dining experience was great. I didn't get to try the pool but it looks like a great place to chill.
