Coral Cay Mackay welcomes small pets travelling with their families, staying in dedicated Pet-friendly Queen Rooms.

Book a Pet-friendly Queen Room (direct via our website) and then contact us via email or phone to confirm your canine friend travelling with you. We are a team of animal lovers and look forward to extending our hospitality to your animal companion. Welcome to our Paw Club!

Pet Policy:

• Only Queen Rooms are available as pet-friendly.
• A refundable bond to the value of $100.00 will be taken on a valid credit card or be paid in cash on arrival. The bond amount will be refunded at check-out after inspection of the room.
• Pets are not to be left unattended.
• Pets must always be controlled and/or on a leash when not inside the room.
• The owner is responsible for cleaning up after the pet on the hotel grounds.

Damages caused by a pet to a room, furnishings, or any other part of the hotel are the sole responsibility of the owner. The pet bond will be refunded less the cost of such damages. In the case of noise/disruptions to other guests, alternate arrangements may need to be made to accommodate your pet. This will be at your own cost and no refunds will be made from the hotel.

Pet-friendly Queen Rooms

Queen rooms present comfortable accommodation for up to two people and their pets. Dogs are welcome in the alfresco dining area at our Bar & Restaurant and ask our team about pet-friendly locations when visiting Mackay!
