• Our team will provide you with after-hour instructions.

What does being a Cashless Hotel mean?

• From 01 July 2022, our Hotel and Restaurant are Cashless, minimising a touchpoint to increase hygiene for our guests, staff and community.
• If you don’t have a valid credit card to pre-authorise your room at check-in, the cost of one room night is required for the bond. This will need to be paid by a debit card.

Do you have free parking?

• Yes, we offer free parking to all our guests!
• Parking is not allocated and is subject to availability, however, we usually have plenty of spots available.
• Parking is outside. We strongly advise locking doors and not leaving valuables in your car.

Are you pet-friendly?

• If you are travelling with a pet, please make sure you have booked a Pet-Friendly Queen Room.
• Email reservations@coralcayresort.com.au at the time of booking so we can ensure a pet-friendly room is available for your stay.

Do you have a restaurant?

• Absolutely! Dine with us to experience fresh, seasonal ingredients prepared by our excellent team of passionate chefs.
• Guests have the option to soak up the Queensland sun with our alfresco dining or keep cool in air-conditioned comfort.

Do you have a bar?

• Yes, we do! Unwind with a Coral Cay Cocktail in your hand or enjoy an ice-cold beer. We can also whip up any of your favourites - just ask any of our team members!
• It is located in the restaurant, making it the perfect place to catch up with friends!

Do you offer room service?

• Absolutely! Order breakfast on one of our forms with reception prior to 8pm the night before to receive one of our delicious breakfasts.
• If you have a corporate contract you also have the option to receive a takeaway lunch.
• Indulge in our delicious dinner from the comfort of your own room. Order from our dinner menu available via the QR code provided on your welcome letter and then dial 9! A $6 tray service charge does apply.

When can I take a dip in the pool?

• Relax in our gorgeous pool daily from 7am - 7pm.

Do you have a gym?

• Work out daily in our gym located onsite for your convenience!

• Unfortunately, you must be 18 and over to book and stay with us. Don't worry though, bring along an adult to enjoy all the perks of a stay at Coral Cay Mackay together.
